What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect what you type: name, email, optional phone, practice type, and qualification answers (entity count, whether books are current, primary need). Our calculators run entirely in your browser; we do not transmit or store the numbers you enter. If you type an email address into the chat assistant, it is forwarded to our team as a lead.

What we ask you not to send

Do not submit client names, patient names, case numbers, medical information, settlement details, tax identification numbers, or banking credentials through this website. If we engage, documents are requested through a separate secure channel.

How information is used

Form submissions are used to respond to your request and, only if you opt in, to send occasional educational content. Marketing consent is separate, optional, and never preselected. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Forms are processed by our website host (Netlify). Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Photographic assets are served by Unsplash. These providers receive standard technical data (such as IP address) when your browser loads those resources.

Analytics and cookies

This site currently runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies. If analytics are added, this policy will be updated first.

Retention and your rights

Form submissions are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. You may request access to or deletion of your submissions by contacting us. Rights vary by state; residents of states with privacy statutes may have additional rights.
